Obverse: ELIZABETH D G ANG FR ET HIB REGINA - Elizabeth by the grace of God Queen of England France and Ireland ; bust of Elizabeth I left, pearls on bodice.
Reverse: POSVI DEUM ADIVTOREM MEVM - I have made God my helper ; royal arms over long cross.
Obverse, scratches behind bust and on cheek, reverse scratches under shield. Still an attractive coin and a clear example of this scarcer bust variety.
