Reverse: Outer legend EXVRGAT:DEVS:DISSIPENTVR:INIMICI: (Let God arise and his enimies be scattered). Inner legend, declaration reads RELIC:PROT:LEG ANG:LIBER:PAR (The religion of the Protestants and laws of England the liberty of Parliament) in two lines, three Oxford plumes above, 1642 below.
