PRINCESS VICTORIA ; curved above ON THE OCCASION OF THE OPENING OF banner and Cardiff arms with supporters, with THE QUEEN ALEXANDRA DOCK (in a scroll) 13TH JULY 1907 in three lines below; around bottom edge SIR.W.S.CROSSMAN KT.LORD MAYOR'J.L.WHEATLEY TOWN CLERK.
