Rev: EXVRGAT.DEVS.DISSIPENTVR.INIMICI. - Let God arise and his enemies be scattered , three Oxford plumes above declaration, RELIG:PRO: LEG:ANG: LIBER:PA. - The religion of the Protestants the laws of England the liberty of Parliament , in three lines, 1643 below.
Weight: 5.95 grams. Maximum diameter: 29.5 mm.
Flan with a small hole from one of the two obverse striking flaws, appears next to the tail of the R in "PRO" on the reverse.
