Mullingar (Co. Westmeath), Jas Melaghlin halfpenny

Obverse: (heart).IAS.MELAGHLIN.OF. , around linnear inner circle, a lion rampant.
Reverse: MVLLINGR.HIS.HALF.PENY. , around linnear inner circle, a double-headed spread eagle.
The spelling of MELAGHLIN and MVLLINGR in the legends is not conclusive, would be nice to compare this piece to another struck with the same dies.
M Dickinson 662, but appears to be MELAGHLIN. Williamson 662, but IAS and [MVLLIN?]GR .
