Obverse: Bust of Queen Victoria within HONG KONG. SHANGHAI. SPECIE. OFFICE. stamp, stamp of the British Crown with V R either side & 999.9 next to Chinese characters which state the purity of the silver.
Length 53mm, width 33mm, thickness 9mm, weight 158.1 grams.
