Obv: VICTORIA D:G:BRITANNIAR:REGINA F:D: second bust facing left, slightly larger, lower relief, mouth fuller, nose more pronounced, rounded truncation.
Rev: Large crowned 3 dividing 18 74, all within wreath. Tie ribbon further from toothed border, cross on crown nearer to toothed border.
